| Beginning February 1, Fairfield faculty and staff will make every minute – and movement - count in the Go Move Challenge, a competition between 23 other Jesuit Universities nationwide. PLEASE JOIN US FOR THE GO MOVE KICK-OFF PARTY! January 31st,11:30 am – 1:30 pm @ the RecPlex. Have drinks and snacks, enter a raffle, and walk the track. Participants can register and log their workouts at GoMoveChallenge.org. All intentional exercises are encouraged, from walking your dog to playing basketball with friends to riding your bike. With unpredictable weather, there are also plenty of indoor activities, such as jumping jacks, sit-ups, or push-ups.
The first 150 people to register and log 150 minutes will win a custom Go Move Challenge t-shirt. All active participants will be entered into a weekly raffle. Prizes include but are not limited to – immersion blenders, wireless Bluetooth speakers, insulated backpacks, individual RecPlex memberships, and much more.
