Annual Tree Lighting on the Plaza

As the most wonderful time of the year descends up on the community, Fairfield University will add to the merriment with the annual campus Tree Lighting Ceremony outside Egan Chapel. The tree lighting ceremony will begin at 6:45 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

The University will welcome the greater Fairfield community with hot chocolate and cookies to warm spirits. The Bensonians and Sweet Harmony singing groups will perform songs of the season. Lucas and Santa will join the fun for pictures, and there will be a Fairfield Holiday Pop-Up Shop beginning at 5:30 p.m. with gift essentials like ornaments and stocking stuffers from local merchants.
