Final Exam and Winter Session ITS Support

The end of the semester is approaching and the ITS team is here to support you. Please take note of the following important information:

Final Exam Reminders:

• Student WiFi: Ensure students verify they are registered to the Student WiFi network before starting any tests.
• Test Settings: Review the ITS Wiki Tests and Quizzes page for test setting recommendations.
• Respondus LockDown Browser: Do NOT check “Lock students into Respondus LockDown Browser until they submit.” If students exit Respondus, they must still provide a reason.
• Assistance: To ensure you receive assistance with Final exam setup, printed PDF version if needed, or setup of final grade calculations, email academiccomputing@fairfield.edu at least 72 hours before your exam's scheduled start time.

Final Exam Extended Help Desk Hours December 10th – December 19th

• Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 9:00pm
• Saturday: Closed
• Sunday: 4:00pm – 8:00pm 

Winter Term Support

The Academic Computing team will monitor new requests for winter term courses. Please email academiccomputing@fairfield.edu. All other requests will be responded to when the University opens on January 2nd. 

Final Grade Submission:
