2020 Open Enrollment

Just a reminder that 2020 Open Enrollment started Monday November 11 and will run through Friday, November 22nd. Open Enrollment is the time each year that benefit-eligible employees may change their insurance plan selections. All new elections will take effect on January 1, 2020. 

Employees who are not making changes to their choice of plan, or adding and/or deleting dependents, do not have to take any action. However, please note that the Medical Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Dependent Care Account contributions must be renewed annually, or no funds will be contributed through payroll deduction. 

All Open Enrollment benefit changes must be completed in Workday. The Open Enrollment task will be in your Workday inbox starting today. Employees who are not making changes during Open Enrollment, do not have to take any action, and the Open Enrollment task will disappear from your Workday inbox once Open Enrollment has been finalized on November 27th.
