Faculty and Staff Early Move-In-/Drop Off Information and Sign-up

Residence Life is pleased to announce an early move-in/drop-off opportunity for Fairfield University employees' students on Thursday, August 29th, 2024. Students related to faculty and staff (Aramark and ABM colleagues included) must sign-up by Tuesday, August 27 to take advantage of this opportunity.  We are unable to accommodate late requests or day of walk-ins.  Please share the following link with your student to sign-up: https://FairfieldResLife.as.me/?appointmentType=25554867 

Once signed up, students will receive detailed instructions and reminders regarding the check-in process for Thursday, August 29th, 2024. The typical fee for early arrivals will be automatically waived for employee's students. If you or your student has questions, please email studentmove@fairfield.edu. For families moving into Avery Dulles S.J. Hall (formerly Faber North), we anticipate the building to be ready for this early drop-off experience. 

While you're thinking about move-in, we're still looking for staff and faculty volunteers to help us welcome (and welcome back) our Stag student community.
