Wednesday Spin Class This Week

Come on over to the RecPlex for a Billy Joel-themed spin class this week, Wednesday at 5pm! RecPlex members are free. Employees who do not have a membership pay $5 at the time of class. If you want to bring a friend from outside the university, the class is $10 plus guest pass fee of $10 ($20 total... which is still a bargain!)
Call or email Betsy Blagys for your bike reservation. If you are new to spin, come 15 minutes early to the class so our instructor, Terre, can show you how to safely set up a bike and give you the basics.
