Apply to be a Ignatian Residential College Mentor for 2024 - 2025

For over 21 years, the Ignatian Residential College has served as a signature living and learning program integrating sophomore students' intellectual, affective, and spiritual lives.  Mentors play an important role by accompanying students through a year of exploration and reflection guided by threads of Ignatian Spirituality and Ignatian Pedagogy. Since 2002, over 4,000 Fairfield students have participated in the Ignatian Residential College and explored three essential questions:
  • Who am I?
  • Whose am I?
  • Who am I called to be?
Students engage in their mentoring communities with one of three tracks: Creative Life, Leadership, and Service for Justice which serve as a starting point for exploration of one's purpose and vocation.  Students, Faculty, Staff, and Mentors in the program come from all religious and philosophical backgrounds and traditions. We invite you to consider applying to serve a mentor or share with colleagues who might be interested in this unique volunteer opportunity.  Applications are on Life@Fairfield or by clicking the link included with this announcement.
