Global Fairfield: College of Arts and Sciences
Employers are looking to hire graduates who bring a global perspective to their workplace. That is why the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) and Global Fairfield have worked with renowned international partners around the world to offer our students a wide variety of study abroad and international internship opportunities. The April 23rd edition of Inside Higher Education the article; “Report: The Value of Study Abroad for Student Success” states “A new survey from global engagement platform provider Terra Dotta found that, among students who had studied abroad or plan to study abroad, learners recognize the value of international education and its impact on their life and career skills,”[1] Students whom participate in global academic opportunities return with a unique skill set which includes but is not limited to:
● Increase in self-confidence
● Improvement in speaking and understanding of a foreign language
