Apple released an update to their operating system OS X to Mojave
In the fall Apple released an update to their operating system OS X to Mojave. Please note upgrading to Mojave is optional as there is no technical need at this time.
ITS tested the following programs with Mojave and findings are listed below:
- Office 2016 is compatible with Mojave.If an upgrade to Office 2016 is needed please open a ticket with the helpdesk at its.fairfield.edu or call them X4069.
- SPSS version 25 is compatible with MojaveIf an upgrade to SPSS 25 is needed please open a ticket with the helpdesk at its.fairfield.edu or call them X4069.
- The latest versions of all Creative Cloud products are compatible with a few known issues that Adobe is working on. For more information click here https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-compatibility-with-mac-mojave-10-14.htmlAdobe CS6 and earlier will not work with Mojave, users should not upgrade.
- Adobe Acrobat DC and Adobe Acrobat 2017 – Compatible with a few known issues that Adobe is working to correct. Adobe Acrobat XI (11) is no longer supported. For more information click here https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-compatibility-with-mac-mojave-10-14.html
- Filemaker 11 – Will not work with Mojave and users should not upgrade.
