Donald J. Ross, PhD, Biology Lecture Series

All students, faculty members, and guests are invited and encouraged to join us for the last lecture of the academic year in the Donald J. Ross, PhD Biology Lecture Series on Wednesday, April 17 at 12:00 p.m.

This month, our own Shelley Phelan, PhD, Professor, Biology Department, Fairfield University, will present her talk entitled, “Natural products as anti-cancer agents? Investigating the effect and mechanism of plant compounds on human breast cancer cells.” 

Student attendees should have their Life@Fairfield event pass ready for attendance scanning.  Refreshments will be available. Please see the University TV boards for more information.  For those who cannot attend, this lecture will be recorded and available for student access in Blackboard later in the day.
