Read Aloud with United Way

 Join United Way in celebrating the Week of the Young Child by taking time to read to a young child at preschool programs in greater Bridgeport.

Reading out loud to children is proven to help develop language skills and cognitive functioning. This practice also helps the developing mind to improve attention span and memory. We are looking for volunteers to sign up to take part in this magical week of learning for our preschoolers (ages 3-5). To register, email kbyrnes@fairfield.edu.
