Blackboard Ultra Transition Training Opportunities
Location: Online - Zoom
Academic Computing is partnering with Anthology to provide exclusive support for faculty at Fairfield.
Every Friday from 1-2pm, our partners at Anthology will be available on Teams to talk about some of the features in Ultra and answer your individual questions. We will also be hosting 2 two-hour trainings that dive deep into the transition to Ultra. Space is limited (20 seats per session)!
In the first workshop, Transitioning Original Courses to Ultra, we will:
- Understand the differences between Original and Ultra Courses.
- Examine features unique or common to Original and Ultra Courses
- Understand value of course preparation for conversion.
In the second workshop, Empowering Instructors with the AI Design Assistant, we will:
- Understand the role of the AI Design Assistant and how it can assist in the development of online courses.
- Identify the workflow from the AI Design Assistant suggestions to the final course content.
- Incorporate Unsplash images to enhance visual appeal and engagement
- Build and streamline course structure using AI Design Assistant.
- ...and more!
