DUO Universal Prompt for Ivanti / Pulse VPN

As of Wednesday, April 10, 2024, when accessing the Ivanti / Pulse VPN from off-campus networks, you will see a different login page and Duo multi-factor authentication (MFA) prompt.  Below are images of the legacy login page and Duo prompt, followed by the new login page and Duo prompt.

Please note, if you select the Other options link, the previously available MFA options will still be offered:

  • Duo Mobile passcode
  • Text message passcode
  • Phone call
