New Duo MFA Prompt for Single Sign On Pages
As of Tuesday, March 19th, 2024 from off-campus networks when accessing Fairfield University Single Sign On pages (ex. my.fairfield, Workday, Blackboard, Microsoft 365, etc.) you will see a different Duo multi-factor authentication (MFA) prompt. Below is an image of the legacy prompt, followed by the new prompt:

New Duo MFA prompt for Single Sign On pages coming out Tuesday, 3/19/24:
Please note, if you select the Other options link, the previously available MFA options will still be offered:
- Duo Mobile passcode
- Text message passcode
- Phone call
