Exempt Employee Opportunities Contact List

Fairfield University offers a wide variety of opportunities for faculty and staff to connect with students in meaningful ways beyond their traditional position responsibilities. Due to HR requirements, occasionally these opportunities are limited to "exempt" (salaried) employees. Examples include the FYE Community Associate position, immersion trip advisors, and large-scale event volunteers. Some opportunities are done on a volunteer basis and some provide stipends.
