Express Scripts Pharmacy Coverage

As a reminder, starting January 1st, prescription coverage is now being administered by Express Scripts. With Express Scripts, you will still be able to pick up your prescriptions at a retail pharmacy or through mail order. When you pick up a prescription in a retail pharmacy, make sure to bring your new Express Scripts ID card to update your insurance coverage.
To ensure a smooth transition between Aetna and Express Scripts, a list of all prescriptions that had refills remaining at the end of 2018 as well as prescriptions that had existing pre-authorizations in place have been sent over to Express Scripts.
If you have any questions regarding your prescriptions, to set up mail order prescriptions, or to order additional/replacement ID cards, please contact Express Scripts at 877-817-9617.
