Free Workshop-Situational Leadership in Action: The Movie-Hoosiers

A free workshop is being offered on Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 9am-1pm in Canisius Hall 009
This workshop focuses upon a review of Situational Leadership and the application of its principles and concepts to the movie, Hoosiers, based upon the team from Milan High School which went on to compete in the Indiana State Championship in basketball in 1954.
After attending the workshop, participants will be able to identify four key leadership styles and their demonstration in the movie, Specify when each style is appropriate, Identify follower readiness, Determine the negative consequences of applying the wrong style, etc....
