2023 W-2s Available in Workday

For your convenience, digital copies of the 2023 W-2s are now available in Workday.  

They are accessible under the “Benefits and Pay Hub” worklet by selecting “My Tax Documents”.

All employees will receive paper copies to be mailed directly to the address on file with University.  Mailing will be completed by ADP no later than January 31, 2023, in compliance with IRS rules.

To access to the Benefits and Pay Hub in Workday, click Benefits and Pay from the Workday menu. You will no longer see separate apps in the menu for Benefits and Pay, as both will be combined into the new Benefits and Pay Hub.
